Anderson Debernardi was a student of Pablo Amaringo, the internationally known painter of ayahuasca visions and founder of the Usko –Ayar Amazonian School of Painting.
He later became one of the primary teachers at the Usko-Ayar School of Painting. He attends lectures and conferences around the world as a master painter of ayahuasca visions.
Anderson's rainforest paintings are now prized and so detailed they are used in scientific publications, such as the Field Guide to the Birds of Peru, by doctors James Clements and Noam Shany.
